Bloomberg bans food donations | Luis Figueroa CARPE DIEM
After Hurricane Sandy caused much damage and pain in New York City, what happened to your mayor, Michael Bloomberg? It occurred to prohibit food donations for poor people using the shelters.
You believe caramel fleur de sel it is for fear that they were contaminated foods, but there is not. It's because politicians and officials who govern the city can not measure the salt content, fat and fiber containing foods donated, and so can not ensure that hungry people are getting optimal nutrition.
No ... no joke, nor is it a joke. Bloomberg officials have rejected donations of soups and bagels. The nanny state does not want fat beggars on the streets. The nanny state is criminal. The nanny state rather than the needy dependent on their handouts (taken from others by force), and rejects the benevolence.
