In the Netherlands we know Oreo's

still not very long, yet celebrates its 100th anniversary this cookie today! In 1912 baked the National

Biscuit Company (Nabisco), then based in New York, the first Oreo cookies. Now, 100 years later, the world's most popular cookie, have been sold worldwide for over 491 trillion Oreos!
I myself am also fond of Oreos so to the party to celebrate a little, I baked cupcakes with Oreos ;-) My friend had last very sweet Peanut Butter Creme Oreo Cookies for me brought from America! These Oreos are very tasty; obvious that I wanted to use something delicious to bake with them :-) I have several times this Oreo Brownies baked, but I have not previously made Oreo Cupcakes ... crazy enough So these were the cupcakes

with a mild chocolate flavor and an incredibly delicious Peanut Butter Frosting!
What do you need for the Oreo Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting: 12 cupcakes For the cupcakes 12 Peanut Butter Creme Oreo Cookies 150g plain flour 25g cocoa teaspoon baking soda teaspoon salt 85g unsalted butter, at room temperature 75g caster sugar 75g light brown sugar 1 egg (L), at room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 125 ml buttermilk, food from india at room temperature For the Peanut Butter Frosting 125g icing sugar 70g unsalted butter, softened 225g creamy peanut butter teaspoon vanilla extract 80 ml cream (35% fat) extra Oreo's for decoration How to make them: Cupcakes
3. Use a standing mixer (with a flat beater) or a hand mixer with a large bowl and beat the unsalted butter soft. Add the sugar and mix for 2-3 minutes on medium speed until fluffy.
4. Add the egg and mix on low-medium

speed until the egg is well incorporated. Now mix the vanilla. food from india Scrape in between with a spatula along the edge and bottom of the bowl to mix all ingredients. Well
5. Add the flour mixture in three parts, and alternate with 2 parts buttermilk. Mix each time at low speed until just blended. Scrape between by again with a spatula along the edge and bottom of the bowl. Finally, you can briefly mix with your spatula to see if all the ingredients were recorded correctly.
6. In the original recipe for the frosting is also used salt so you can add some salt to taste if necessary. Now there in peanut butter itself even salt (and Peanut Butter Oreo's food from india I used are already quite salty themselves), so test first if you otherwise feel the need to add salt. I had not seen it until I got your email (as I'm trying to be good and finish food from india an essay ... but as you can tell my willpower food from india is not too strong!) That is so cool your boyfriend bought you the peanut butter Oreos from America! I am so jealous! I've never actually tried the peanut butter food from india child! There is one American website that sells them over here, and it's funny because i was thinking how cool it would be to make cupcakes with actual thesis pb Oreos but then they were out of stock on the website I found! Yours look delicious, and your photography is great! I found this seller on ebay from Germany who sells Milka chocolate with Oreo pieces in - do they have tat in the Netherlands? they certainly do not have it here in the UK but I would love to try it one day! Too bad you could not get the PB Oreos ... if I could, I would bring you some ;-) I have seen Milk & Oreo chocolate on the Internet but I do not think we have it here.
